Tisanes de Taizé – Herbal Teas from Taizé

The "Tisanes de Taizé" are handcrafted herbal teas made from plants that grow in the Communauté's herb garden or are responsibly gathered in the surroundings of Taizé. They are produced without artificial fertilizers and pesticides and are gently air-dried in the dark after harvesting.

The blends combine selected herbs, flowers, and spices into natural teas for different moments of the day. Some recipes are based on traditional traditions, while others are new creations inspired by taste, aroma, and beneficial properties.

Depending on the season, weather, and availability of plants, the selection changes naturally. In summer, the herbal teas can also be enjoyed as cold infusions, while in cooler months, they provide comforting warmth as hot infusions.
