Shipping policy

Packages are usually shipped 2 days after payment is received via UPS with order tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer to receive a UPS shipment by registered mail, additional costs will apply. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method. We will send you a tracking link regardless of the delivery method you choose.

Shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Loading fees are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend combining multiple items into one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs are calculated separately for each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but fragile goods are handled with special care.

The shipping boxes are generously sized and your goods are well protected in packaging.
