Currant – Strawberry – Blackcurrant Jam from Taizé
An intensely fruity jam with the full aroma of red berries. The fine acidity of the red currant perfectly complements the sweetness of sun-ripened strawberries and the strong, slightly tart note of black currants (cassis). The result is a balanced fruit spread with a distinctive taste and deep red color.
Made according to traditional recipe in collaboration with the Taizé community. Ideal for breakfast, on fresh bread, croissants, with yogurt, desserts, or as a refined accompaniment to cheese.
